Pirates Football

Practices will be held at Woodstock Park from 6:00 - 8:00 pm.

On Saturday, August 21st, the Pirates hosted a multi-organizational scrimmage with the

San Jose 49ers, Mission Valley Cougars, SF Warriors, and the Oakland Dynamite Pee-

Wee's. The competition was stiff, the play excellent, and the sportsmanship outstanding.

We would like to thank the organizations that participated, and wish them and their fans

well in the upcoming season.

This was by far the best youth football scrimmage, or event that we have ever

participated in. Seeing the stands and sidelines packed and the good sportsmanship

exhibited by the over 600 players, and coaches who participated thoughout the day was

a joy to behold.

As for the Pirates, we are ALIVE AND WELL , and better than ever!!

The Mighty Mites

Jr. Pee-Wee, Pee-Wee, Jr. Midget, and Midget divisions played some very competitive

football for their first outing of the year.

And from my humble estimations, SJPAL better be ready this season.

Our fees for the upcoming 2010 season are as follows:

$100 for Football

$100 for Cheerleaders

$75 for families with two or more children sigining up.

If your child did not return all the equipment from last season

they will not be allowed to suit up or be issued any equipment until unreturned items are paid for.

San Jose PAL requires us to have a physical form (dated in 2010) from a doctor stating

that your child is able to participate in football or cheer.

All participants must have this form turned in by July 25, 2010

or they will not be allowed to participate in practice.
